A double-head spout pouch capping machine is an automated device specifically designed for spout pouch (stand-up pouch) packaging, commonly used in the food, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. This type of equipment typically integrates filling and capping functions into one unit, with the following main features:

1. Double-head design: Usually equipped with two filling heads, significantly increasing the number of pouches filled per unit time compared to single-head equipment, resulting in higher production efficiency.

2. Integrated operation: The equipment integrates multiple processes such as automatic bag feeding, quantitative filling, automatic capping, capping, and bag dispensing, enabling continuous production.

Working Principle: The equipment is mainly controlled by a PLC control system, using a turntable or conveyor belt to move the spout pouches sequentially through each workstation. The basic workflow is as follows:

1. Bag Loading: Bags are typically placed manually onto the machine track or clamps. The equipment automatically secures the bag opening and conveys it to the filling station.

2. Filling: The filling head inserts into the bag to fill a measured quantity. The system has a "no bag, no filling" detection function to prevent material waste.

3. Capping: The equipment automatically picks up caps from the cap bin and accurately places them on the bag opening.

4. Capping: The capping head tightens the cap with a set torque. The capping force is usually adjustable, ensuring a tight seal without damaging the cap or bag opening due to excessive tightening. Some equipment has a "slippage" function to ensure proper cap tightness.

5. Bag Discharging: The finished bags, after filling and capping, are automatically conveyed to the next process.
